And sometimes we are building a patio cover and making it look like a pergola with our Santa-Fe trim works. Some may not want all of their patio cover to be a solid type of patio cover depending on their wants and needs. Any part of your patio cover can be a solid type of patio covering and maybe just leave part of its design open or cover it with some type of lattice work or a pergola for an open-air section or for things such items like an hot tube, or for grilling purposes or just to get outside without burning ourselves up in the hot summer sun of summer and getting in the open air as well. Screen Rooms
We offer various different styles and options in a low maintenance screen room system. One is the traditional with a continuous kick-plate. There is also a slotted system with individual kick-plate panels in each section of the system.
Both are equally functional, just a slightly different appearance. For a more unobstructed view while still meeting building codes, many choose the room with pickets. This is a great option for homes with great view of the beach, lake or mountains. Insulated kick-plate is also available if the customer may plan to enclose the area with windows at some point or desire to install a doggy door.
